It's nice to see you are evaluating the mainstay products we use everyday to do our work. When asked which software product was "most helpful" in managing information overload, leaders in my research resoundingly responded: Microsoft Excel! Who would have guessed? Much of the discussion about information overload and personal productivity has focused on “fringe” products or new-fangled gadgets that are supposed to make our lives easier. It’s nice to see you are evaluating the mainstay products we use everyday to do our work.
