		<description>You could do that, or you could send it to a few reviewers at once, then use the &quot;compare documents&quot; function to get all the comments and changes into one document. For the comments to be attributed properly, each reviewer needs a unique identity in his or her software user profile. 
It might seem like you save time by sending the document to three people at once, but if all three make the same or similar changes, then two of them are wasting their time, and you are spending unnecessary time reviewing the same changes three times. It would be better if you targeted reviewers in stages according to what each one does or knows best (for instance, content, then style, then proofreading).</description>
